DAY 5 KICKSTART
Congratulations on getting started! Here are some tips for day 5.

DAYS 5-7: CARBS ALLOWED BEFORE 3PM HERE ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS:
  • Continue to avoid processed sugars
  • Try to avoid gluten products, like bread, bagels, croissants. 
  • Eat more whole or complex carbohydrates like rice, brown rice, quinoa, sweet potato, rice, noodles, oatmeal, taro.
  •  Can you do eat carbs eat them before 3 PM because this helps the body process them earlier in the day and does not give you a huge carb load in the evening when your body is not
TAKE YOUR PRODUCTS
Your products are your key support on your journey. We can't do it by ourselves but we can do it when we have great products to accompany us on our journey!

We have a way of products to support you on your journey, right now you're taking trim and burn and Biocell and maybe tray biotic, but consider adding on more products as you continue on your journey.
