DAYS 2-4: NO CARBS OR SUGARS
  • Here are examples of carbs: bread, french fries, oatmeal, cereal, crackers, bagels, muffins, pizza, chips etc.
  • Here are examples of sugar: candy, cakes, cookies, ice cream, yogurt, chocolate etc.

  • Chicken
  • Beef
  • Pork
  • Fish
  • Eggs
  • Avocado
  • Onions
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Cabbage

  • Cucumber
  • Tomaotes
  • Mostly all fruits and veggies
  • Coffee & Tea (no sugar)
