When it comes to the things you bring to the table, no one can take that away from you! You may be sharing the same products or promoting the same company as thousands of other people, but you are a unique individual with a unique story and you have gone through your own experiences to get you to where you are now! Everyone’s story is different and you are sharing that through your unique perspective and point of views. People need to hear your stories of triumph and struggles!
MYTH
“You have to be successful before you can start branding yourself.”
TRUTH
If you wait to put your voice out there, you will never be successful. You must put yourself in the mindset of already being successful which means putting your voice out there! You will go through this crazy cycle of failures if you never ALREADY START branding yourself! We all have to start somewhere and successful people didn’t start when they were already successful, they had to brand themselves to become successful!
MYTH
“You have to be an expert in your product line to start branding yourself.”
TRUTH
Remember, there are thousands of others people promoting the same products and company that you are! So, branding yourself is not about being an expert on the product, because in time you are going to learn how to explain what you have and branding yourself is about you being able to articulate what you bring to the table! You have to know how to share your personal story, you have to show by sharing your story that you come with value! All you have to do is LEARN TO ARTICULATE THAT! You will practice doing that by BRANDING YOURSELF!
MYTH
“You can’t brand yourself until you have a product to promote other than the products they have in their current network marketing company.”
TRUTH
You already have your products! So, you lead with your unique story and that would be your ‘personal brand’; you attract people to you with your UNIQUE perspectives and point of view you bring to the table. Then you can back that up with the products you already have!
MYTH
“You have nothing to share, no experiences to have any type of personal brand.”
TRUTH
You always have something to share. You just need to take a moment and then take a step back and figure out, what you would find as something valuable you could offer you!
