I’ve been a full-time networker for the past seven years and the number one top income earner of two companies and I am now in my third company as a top earner as well. So, I have a lot of experience and I know the struggles of being a networker.
I love people and helping them reach their goals! I’ve been a business coach for around seven years and I have found that EMPOWERMENT IS HOLISTIC! When we are trying to reach our goals, we need support, mentors, and people who have done it before us to kind of guide or help us, but many times, issues will arise between you and your up line! It is the reality of the business!

Traditional Working Model…“THE WORKING STRUCTURE”
In America, we are all raised thinking that we need to or should get a job, work hour for hour, and get paid. In this model it’s like a triangle, you have the workers, then you have the supervisor, then the supervisors have a manager, and the managers will have higher level managers, and it will go up to the general manager, and all the way to the CEO. Somebody is always managing somebody!
HOW NETWORK MARKETING IS DIFFERENT….
Like the traditional model, network marketing entails working with a “team”. For example, if someone joins your team, you are going to help and support them so they can accomplish their goals, in turn helping you. There are all of these layers of support that goes on in the network marketing model. So, in both models, you have layers of support, but in the network marketing system YOU DON’T HAVE TO LISTEN; unlike the traditional model, where if you don’t listen, you will most likely be fired! REMEMBER: YOU CAN STILL MAKE MONEY IF YOU DON’T LISTEN TO YOUR UP LINE IN THE NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS MODEL! AND If you are great at helping people achieve their goals, then you will make a commission off of the money they’re making, but you have to be a good up line!
A NOTE ON HOW TO BE A GOOD UP LINE……
HELP and SUPPORT but, GIVE THEM SPACE so they can be themselves. DO NOT be a “supervisor”, do not be a “boss”, do not be a “manager”.
YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT AT THE MERCY OF YOUR UP LINE! When you are a network marketer, you have to OWN your own business! You really have to get mentally straight with yourself and know that you can build this business on your own.
