Belief is EVERYTHING!!!!
Without belief
you cannot build and/or sustain a successful business. Successful business people are prosperous because they are passionate and they believe in something. You are here because you are motivated to achieve a certain dream or goal! True conviction and belief in something is imperative to your success as a professional. You will get the motivation and drive to accomplish your goals through your beliefs. So, let your belief spark action, provoke inspiration, and ignite a relentless energy for success!
Without belief you cannot attract the right people. Like attracts like. Thus, you attract the same energy you put out. If you do not have belief, in turn, people will not believe you. If you do not have motivation, people will not be motivated by or for you. If you are not passionate, expect your business partners, clients, etc. to be and feel the same; not passionate, unmotivated, and filled with disbelief. If you want to attract the appropriate energy, you must LIVE what you believe in! Help the people that surround your business believe in you, by displaying your belief in yourself.
Without belief
you cannot help others. Helping others BEGINS with the belief that you can and you will help them. There is nothing you can't do and it all starts with believing in yourself! The saying goes "seeing is believing.." well, only to the unbelievers! You must not wait, to believe; you must just, BELIVE! If we choose to wait for something in order to believe, you lose tons of valuable time waiting for something that may never happen. The true saying should go "Believing is seeing." You need to have the confidence to take action in helping others, and as a result, you will SEE improvements and progress in multiple realms of your business and your life.
There are 5 areas of belief that you will cultivate through your network marketing career. Take a look at these 5 areas and check to see where your level of belief is. Rate yourself on a scale from 1-10. Find the area your belief is STRONGEST and work from that area because you are passionate about that. When you're naturally passionate about it, your power of attraction kicks in. Last, find the areas you need work on and this will tell you where you need to continue nurturing your beliefs.
1. BELIEF in the product:
Be your best customer! Try every product! You will find your favorites. Create your own success story. Do not make the mistake of thinking you have to be a poster child of your product line. You simply have to have your own unique reason(s) why you love the product and share it with others.
2. BELIEF in the company:
Do your best to support the company. The field could never even understand what it takes to run a network marketing company from the corporate end. In the field we are working so hard and yes it's easy to feel like we're doing "all the work" because well...we are, HOWEVER, if it were not for the company, we'd have NO WORK AT ALL. We would have NOTHING. So, it is because of the company that we have anything, give the company your support. They will never be perfect, but they can be good enough.
3. BELIEF in the business model. The business model is separate from the company you represent and the products you take. They are NOT one in the same. The network marketing business model is the marketing model in which your company utilizes as a means to distribute and bring their product to the market. The company may have chose to put the product line on a shelf at a store, they could have sold it as a company at trade shows and looked for wholesalers who would like to pick up the product line, they could sell it to health professionals, or skin care professionals, or the professionals of whatever niche your product is in BUT THEY DID NOT...
They chose to sell it through this model called
network marketing.
Network marketing enlists the help of happy customers to get the word out, refer customers, and to have customer purchases. When they do refer customers or get the purchases, those happy customers GET PAID! And yes, depending on how much you want to put into the business you are fully able to have part time, full time, or even bigger money. With this business model, there is an unlimited income potential.
Some people may have preconceived ideas about this business model. Whatever the case, find your way around it. In life there will always be reasons you can think of to do or not to do something. Find your way around any negative thinking you have about this business; remember, BELIEVE. Work to shift your way of thinking! Read books, put yourself around people who are building and are successful, get a coach. If you are building a business (which you probably are, if your'e reading this blog post right now) THEN GET RID OF ANY DOUBTS OR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS and get your level of belief to a 10! Entertaining negative thoughts about the business model you are in is like poking holes in your own boat. Not a good idea! In any business model there will always be pros and cons. Give yourself a chance to give this model a try. You will benefit in so many way's! You will never know until you give it a good try!
4. BELIEF in yourself.
THIS is the MOST important piece, if you want to be successful not only in this business but in life as well. Believing in yourself will happen over the course of time. The more you build your business, the more you will believe in yourself. No mater who we are, we all, at times entertain thoughts of self doubt. Get used to letting those thoughts COME and letting those thoughts GO. COME and GO! Do not hang on to anything negative! Sure, you have had something in life that has caused you to doubt or fear, everyone has experienced things that cause us to second guess ourselves....those doubts and fears come and you cannot stop them, BUT NEVER BELIEVE THEM; instead believe in YOU.
EVERY SINGLE DAY feed your mind and your heart. Work on your personal growth and development. You can only go as far as you grow. Always work on bettering the person you are on the inside so, the person on the outside can thrive as well. THIS is one reason why BUILDING THIS BUSINESS IS PRICELESS! Not just because of the unlimited income potential, but because of the unlimited personal growth that comes from sticking it out and working through all your doubt and limiting beliefs. Every single day you have an opportunity to push past your limits, to get out of your comfort zone, and to learn consistency, persistency and belief. You will take the lessons you learn in this business with you for the rest of your life.
5. BELIEF in others.
Last but not least. You must believe that others can do it. Success and failure are all a part of the journey. It took me 17 years to achieve my first break out success. Prior to that I had felt like failure, over and over again. It TAKES time, but I had an amazing mentor who never stopped believing in me. He KNEW I had what it took to be successful even when I didn't believe it. EVEN when I quit over and over again, he was still around for me when I was ready to pick up and start again. You must believe in others, but DO NOT, DO IT FOR THEM! When you feel like you have to do it for them or when you are moved to do it for them, you are showing DISBELIEF that they can not do it themselves. Honor your team members: GIVE THEM THE TOOLS, GIVE THEM THE SUPPORT, but especially GIVE THEM THE SPACE
TO DO IT because they can! Have the belief that others will see and do, in the right time just like YOU and I :-) YOUR JOB: Help keep them plugged in!
